Qualification requirements include: Supply experience, technical, financial, legal and other requirements stipulated in the bidding document; main qualification requirements are: For Lot SE（略）, in the past five years, the products to be supplied shall have the following experience: the ZPW-（略） series track circuit shall have been applied on a main railway line (double track) with the minimum design speed of （略） km/h. The length of the railway adopting these equipment shall be no less than （略） km and the equipment shall have been in satisfactory operation for at least one year. This requirement can be met by up to three contracts executed within the same year. The Bidders shall furnish copies of the sales contracts and end-user certificate issued by the department of the relevant Railway Bureau of CRC.

Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers[the edition of Jan.,（略）](“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in Procurement Guidelines.
