★ Qualification Requirements:

1. Bidders must be legally registered within the People's Republic of China and possess independent corporate legal person status; they must have the corresponding qualifications and capability to fulfill contracts.

2. The registered capital of the bidding entity must exceed RMB 5 million, and it must be able to issue special VAT invoices.

3. Possess sound commercial credibility and contract fulfillment capability;

4. Have no history of illegal, non-compliant, disciplinary violations, or breach of contract in previous procurement activities;

5. Bidders must provide proof of fire protection system inspection collaborations within the large-scale commercial sector over the past 3 years, demonstrating equivalent scope and experience (as evidenced by bid award notices or contracts);

6. Fire protection technical service qualification registration must be valid for at least 3 years;

7. The tenderer does not accept joint venture bids.

★ Required Registration Documents:

1. Valid business license (color photocopy with company seal affixed);

2. Social Fire Protection Technical Service System qualification (photocopy with company seal affixed);

3. List of similar projects undertaken within the past three years, accompanied by copies of major project contracts;

4. Company profile;

5. Company financial statements or audited financial reports for the past two years.

★Registration Process

No unified site inspection will be arranged for this inquiry. Interested parties shall independently visit the project site to determine service scope and standards before submitting registration materials (non-refundable).
